About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Inspect residential, commercial, and specialty properties both internally and externally
Complete 5 pre-planned day routes, covering approximately 40 appointments per week across the nationwide service network
Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
Take measurements and calculate living areas
Document the current stage of construction and any maintenance measures
Participate in regular digital meetings with colleagues to discuss current team topics
Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Affinity with real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector, or a strong interest in this field
Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements
Strong communication skills, reliability, and an independent working style
Accuracy, diligence, and a responsible approach to work
Professional, service-oriented, and friendly manner
Confident use of Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
Category B driver's license and some driving experience
Very good written and spoken German
