About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and operate backend applications using C# and .NET
Contribute to the migration from the Microsoft stack, including Windows Server and MS SQL, to Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
Develop frontend features with Angular
Implement new features and continuously enhance existing applications
Analyze requirements and take them through to operation
Develop technical solutions for complex business requirements in collaboration with product managers, business teams, and stakeholders
Challenge requirements and contribute your own product ideas
Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and sustainable architectural decisions
Share your experience with the team and support colleagues as a sparring partner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of recent experience developing web applications with C#/.NET
Very strong knowledge of C#/.NET, relational databases (e.g., MS SQL), and APIs
Experience working in product-oriented development environments with complex business requirements
Good understanding of software architecture, Clean Code, maintainability, performance, and security
Experience with agile development methodologies
Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing
Very good written and spoken English (at least C1 level)
Very good written and spoken German (at least C1 level)
Willingness to take responsibility, proactively contribute ideas, and pursue continuous self-development
Active engagement with the use of AI
