Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of professional IT experience, preferably with a focus on software development and operations.
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or a completed IT-related vocational training.
German language proficiency of at least C1.
Comfortable interacting with customers and willing to lead trainings and workshops.
Experience using DevOps tools and working with microservices in the cloud.
Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS), containers, Kubernetes, or automated deployment.
Strong analytical skills.
Enthusiasm for systematically solving technical challenges.
Open source experience through your own projects.
Development experience in various scripting or programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, C#, or shell scripts.
Familiarity with CI/CD, GitOps, Helm, Ansible, or Terraform.
Willingness to take on weekend on-call duties (daytime only and compensated).
