About the role

  • Drive all aspects of OEM mfg business development and sales independently, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and growing Hypertec’s presence in the contract manufacturing market.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new clients, focusing on building relationships with organizations that have OEM/ODM needs.
  • Work with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals, refine offerings, and create effective sales tools and collateral.
  • Design and implement account strategies for new client acquisition, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and client requirements.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging insights into customer needs and industry trends to inform and tailor your sales approach.
  • Maintain an accurate sales funnel with a 3-year outlook, tracking opportunities and ensuring alignment with revenue forecasts.
  • Regularly engage with both new and existing clients to build long-term trust, ensuring satisfaction and fostering growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience selling into the contract mfg space.
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong ability to analyze market conditions and adapt strategies to address changing industry trends.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and clearly articulate the technical and business advantages of the company’s product and service offerings.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives, technical teams, and operational personnel.
  • Excellent team building and collaboration skills.
  • Strong process management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing complex sales strategies.
  • Ability to effectively leverage existing relationships and customer contacts.
  • Proven experience in leading, influencing, and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Must be proficient in utilizing sales enablement resources like CRM data input and management, B2B database and Microsoft office platforms.
