About the role

  • Acting as a strategic marketing partner to the CEO, helping translate business objectives into clear priorities and actions
  • Leading UK PR activity by shaping narratives, writing press releases, pitching stories, and building visibility in relevant media
  • Supporting thought leadership through awards, speaking opportunities, and positioning Hyperion’s leaders as credible voices in sustainable construction
  • Owning and executing the content calendar across LinkedIn, blog posts, newsletters, case studies, website content, and sales materials
  • Working closely with Sales to align marketing with pipeline goals and support project acquisition
  • Creating and maintaining high-quality sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies
  • Evaluating and managing industry events, sponsorships, and partnerships with a clear focus on business impact
  • Overseeing website content, SEO, analytics, and digital performance

Requirements

  • Solid B2B marketing experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, sustainability, or another relevant technical sector
  • Confident in hands-on marketing execution and enjoy owning work end-to-end
  • Some experience contributing to marketing strategy, planning, prioritisation, positioning, or senior-level discussions
  • Proven track record in content marketing, communications, PR, or thought leadership-related work
  • Strong SEO knowledge, including keyword strategy, content optimisation, and organic growth
  • Hands-on experience using Google Analytics and HubSpot to track performance, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently with a high level of autonomy
  • Confident collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
