About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a primary point of coordination between Sales, customers, Applications Engineering, and Solutions Design teams throughout the project lifecycle
Utilize Hyper methodologies and systems to forecast project needs, timelines, and proposal delivery requirements
Manage project execution activities from initiation through delivery, including coordination with suppliers and logistics partners
Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies to support successful on-time delivery
Support customer-facing activities including project updates, timeline coordination, and issue resolution
Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting within CRM, ERP, and project management systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Experience in project management and sales support within the electrical infrastructure industry
Experience supporting data center power infrastructure projects including switchboards, PDUs, RPPs, transformers, or related electrical systems
Proficiency with project management software, CRM tools, and ERP systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel as required for customer meetings and project support activities
