About the role
- Lead the strategy, product development, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Prefabricated Power Modules and Cooling.
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for prefabricated power modules and integrated cooling systems.
- Translate customer, market, and Sales requirements into clear product definitions, system architectures, and scalable configurations.
- Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through launch, including requirements definition, design reviews, and readiness activities.
- Own compliance and certification strategy for cooling and integrated power systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving data center requirements to guide roadmap decisions.
- Support Sales pursuits with technical positioning, solution definition, and early-stage customer engagement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, or applications engineering
- Strong understanding of data center power distribution systems and core cooling concepts
- Experience leading complex hardware products through full lifecycle and NPI processes
- Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams, system layouts, and technical specifications
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
