About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications (back-end in Node.js/Python and front-end in React/Next.js);
Define solution architecture, including data modeling, integrations, and selection of technical patterns;
Develop and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs for system communication;
Manage data storage in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis;
Integrate and evolve AI agent features (OpenAI, Anthropic);
Build and maintain infrastructure on AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda) and container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes);
Conduct code reviews, define best practices, and mentor less-experienced developers;
Participate in architecture decisions and technical priorities alongside Tech leadership;
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field;
Strong experience (5+ years) in full-stack development;
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, Nest.js) and Python (Flask or FastAPI);
Proficient in React or Next.js for front-end development;
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), and caching (Redis);
Experience designing and maintaining REST and GraphQL APIs;
Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda);
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes;
Experience with Git and GitHub workflows;
Proven involvement in architecture decisions and technical trade-offs.

Have experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into production products;
Have experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions);

Have experience in environments with multiple integrations (ERP, CRM, BI).
