About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Begin client service insurance brokerage training and development through Hylant’s Foundations Training & Development Program
- Develop understanding and adoption of Hylant’s servicing tools and processes
- Develop knowledge of the insurance marketplace, products, and services
- Provide administrative and document management support to client service teams
- Prepare, print, bind, and distribute client presentations and other deliverables
- Run and distribute reports
- Manage physical and electronic client documentation
- Perform data entry and maintain client information in agency management systems
- Process and distribute insurance verification requests, including certificates of insurance and identification cards
- Assist with documents for client renewals and submissions
- Support policy and account activities by gathering, compiling, preparing, and processing information and documents
- Cross-train in specialized Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits functions
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health License, or ability to obtain within 100 days of employment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize with effective results
- Intermediate to advanced communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
