About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support corporate governance across Hydrosat’s group of entities
Manage entity lifecycle and statutory compliance for group companies
Participate in planning for employee programs and benefits
Support fundraising, financing, and corporate transactions
Build, maintain, and improve Hydrosat’s compliance program
Develop, roll out, and maintain internal policies and procedures
Support data protection and privacy compliance
Monitor regulatory developments relevant to Earth observation
Review, draft, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements
Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance
Manage and coordinate external counsel
Support the General Counsel on ad hoc legal projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A law degree and qualification to practice as a lawyer in a relevant jurisdiction
5+ years of relevant legal experience gained in-house and/or in a reputable law firm or similar entity
Strong contract management, drafting, and editing skills
Solid working knowledge of corporate law and governance
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational and project-management skills
A pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset and high integrity.
