About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You develop the social media strategy for our channels, including target audiences, formats, posting frequency and editorial planning.
- You plan and oversee all content and productions – from Stories to Reels, from posts to partnerships.
- You work closely with our Content Team and Partnerships Team to initiate and execute strong creator and sports collaborations for social media.
- You develop formats, series and recognizable content elements that increase reach, follower growth and engagement.
- You know how to tell stories that direct attention to our projects.
- You translate our brand tonality into imagery, video and captions – sporty, smart and engaging.
- You analyze performance, derive learnings and continuously develop our content strategy based on data.
- You ensure a consistent brand presence – in aesthetics, language and attitude.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- You have a strong eye for aesthetics, visual language, copywriting and trends, and know how to apply them in a brand-appropriate way.
- You understand the mechanics of Instagram and LinkedIn, from algorithms to format variety.
- You have previously built or evolved brand presences, ideally in a startup, DTC, agency or media environment.
- You can develop content ideas around product education and make that content exciting and engaging.
- You can plan, coordinate and execute independently – including collaboration with creators and internal teams.
- You work creatively and strategically with clear goals – reach, community, performance.
- You bring initiative, structure and enthusiasm – for a growing startup and its vision.
