Document the (everyday startup work) as high-frequency short-form content
Build a personal brand that makes URVI visible organically and opens doors for you long-term
30% creative content: 8 videos per day, 7-day publishing rhythm, weekend batch production on Friday — that’s 200+ videos per month
Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, optional LinkedIn
Build-in-public: your real startup day-to-day becomes content
Develop hooks, test formats, learn the algorithm
AI content engine (Claude-based) configured and ready from day one — you won’t be starting from scratch

Close to the founding team — learn first-hand how decisions are made

Requirements

What you’ll need

Camera affinity and on-camera performance — you feel comfortable on camera or want to learn
You have previously produced and posted content independently, regardless of volume, because you’re genuinely interested in hooks and editing
Founders mindset and strong ownership — you don’t wait for instructions, you get things done
Willingness to commit for 12 months and cultural fit with the URVI team
