About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote and sell the full product portfolio
- Maintain and grow existing accounts and acquire new customers
- Identify customers' product requirements
- Coordinate and manage project activities across departments in collaboration with Development and Product Management
- Report sales and forecast plans to Sales Management
- Monitor market and technology trends
- Represent the company at trade shows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Negotiation-level Swiss German; ideally good knowledge of French
- Vocational/technical education background, ideally supplemented by further training in electrical engineering
- Several years of experience in customer-facing roles (specific customer projects) with proven success
- Confident presence and delivery in presentations
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Team player with initiative and the ability to work independently
