About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with questions related to the IS-FOX Awareness Platform
- Manage leads and handle customer onboarding
- Support the expansion of self-service offerings and maintain the knowledge base
- Collect customer feedback and communicate improvement suggestions to product and engineering teams
- Optimize processes through the use of automation and tools
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, or Support
- Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Basic technical understanding of digital tools such as Stripe, chatbots, and ticketing systems
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
