About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with questions related to the IS-FOX Awareness Platform
  • Manage leads and handle customer onboarding
  • Support the expansion of self-service offerings and maintain the knowledge base
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate improvement suggestions to product and engineering teams
  • Optimize processes through the use of automation and tools

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, or Support
  • Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Basic technical understanding of digital tools such as Stripe, chatbots, and ticketing systems
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
