About the role
- Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
- Establish the product vision and strategy for your product set/feature
- Build alignment across all cross-functional stakeholders and leadership team
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas
- Partner with product designers to ensure delightful user experience
- Work with engineers to help guide feature development
- Perform experiment analysis on features and find opportunities for optimization
- Develop insights and run independent experiments leading to new product ideas
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams
- Report to the Director of Product and contribute to the company mission of supporting customers' full spectrum of wellness goals
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Experience in Product Management for B2C/E-Commerce
- Experience leading the end to end product lifecycle for large and complex initiatives
- An instinct for creating simple, intuitive & engaging user experiences
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and customer-centric mindset
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious, innovative and proactive
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think creatively, take calculated risks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and influence different levels of the organization in a remote setting
- Desire to make healthy living easier through technology, food and personalization
- Excitement about using AI and ML to deliver best in class product experiences
