About the role

  • Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
  • Establish a clear product vision and strategy that empowers customers with confidence in our Recommendations by ensuring transparency and trust, while seamlessly collecting the right inputs at the right moments to personalize their experience
  • Build alignment across all cross-functional stakeholders and leadership team
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas
  • Partner with product designers to ensure delightful user experience
  • Work with engineers to help guide feature development
  • Perform experiment analysis on features and find opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams
  • Report to the Director of Product and drive product optimizations and major product decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Product Management for B2C/E-Commerce
  • Experience leading the end to end product lifecycle for large and complex initiatives
  • An instinct for creating simple, intuitive & engaging user experiences
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and customer-centric mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious, innovative and proactive
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think creatively, take calculated risks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and influence different levels of the organization in a remote setting
  • Desire to make healthy living easier through technology, food and personalization
  • Excitement about using AI and ML to deliver best in class product experiences
