About the role
- Manage the relationship with mid-market clients
- Set up recurring check-ins with corporate clients
- Problem solve with external stakeholders
- Problem solve with other departments at hungerhub
- Establish yourself as the resource to help clients navigate their corporate catering and meal program needs
- Conduct onboarding calls for new clients
- Guide incoming clients through the platform
- Manage a team of customer service staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Problem solving
- Passion for client satisfaction
- Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of our solutions
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Familiarity with the foodtech or catering industries is a plus
