About the role
- Support and supervise our junior talent (interns, apprentices, dual-study students and working students) at the locations Eisenach, Weida and Hilmersdorf (Erzgebirge), based at the Weida site
- Conduct regular development discussions with junior staff and serve as the primary contact at the locations
- Support the recruitment process — from marketing activities to hiring — in cooperation with the Head of Talent Acquisition and senior management
- Assist department managers with employment contract correspondence
- Organize and conduct school visits, trade fairs and information events
- Communicate and collaborate with external bodies such as the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), Chamber of Crafts (HWK), inter-company training centres, vocational schools and universities
- Further develop the junior talent program together with the Head of Apprenticeship/Training
- Provide organizational and administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (or equivalent qualification)
- Further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or equivalent further training desirable
- Trainer qualification (Ausbildereignung / AdA certificate)
- Professional experience as an HR specialist with a focus on apprenticeships/trainees or a comparable role desirable
- Basic knowledge of employment law
- Confident, friendly and open demeanour
- Strong interest in (young) people and their development
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent and goal‑oriented working style
- Flexibility in working hours (including occasional weekend trade fairs)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
