About the role
- Support and supervise our junior staff (interns, apprentices, dual-study students and working students) at the Eisenach, Weida and Hilmersdorf (Erzgebirge) locations, based at the Weida office
- Conduct regular development discussions with junior staff and act as a fixed contact person at the locations
- Support the recruitment process—from marketing activities through to hiring—in collaboration with the Head of Talent Acquisition and company management
- Assist department managers with employment contract correspondence
- Organize and carry out school visits, trade fairs and information events
- Communicate and collaborate with external institutions such as the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), Chamber of Crafts (HWK), intercompany training centers, vocational schools and universities
- Further develop junior staff programs together with the Head of Apprenticeships/Training
- Provide organizational and administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Further training as a Human Resources Specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or comparable continuing education desirable
- Trainer qualification (Ausbildereignung / AdA certificate)
- Professional experience as an HR specialist with a focus on training or junior staff, or in a comparable role, is desirable
- Basic knowledge of employment law
- Confident, friendly and open manner
- Strong interest in (young) people and their professional development
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent and goal-oriented working style
- Flexible availability (including occasional weekend trade fairs)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
