About the role

  • Responsible for planning and executing BIM projects
  • Development of standards, analysis and monitoring to ensure smooth processes
  • Monitoring compliance with defined BIM objectives and use cases
  • Introduction and continuous improvement of policies and best practices to standardize modeling processes
  • Preparation and maintenance of framework documents such as AIA and BAP
  • Development and implementation of new BIM use cases to improve utilization of the building information model
  • Training external specialist planners and sustainably developing the BIM working method
  • Supporting internal project teams in applying the BIM methodology
  • Creating manuals and guides for methods, use cases and tools
  • Strategic development of the BIM strategy and integration of Lean Construction and sustainability aspects into BIM processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in model-based project delivery, ideally in BIM management
  • Proficient with common BIM software solutions, in particular Autodesk Revit, as well as review software such as Solibri or Navisworks and cloud solutions
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility, teamwork and strong communication skills
  • High self-motivation and willingness for continuous professional development
  • Assertiveness and strong communication and interpersonal skills, including in challenging project situations
