About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of the reusable accelerator core and multi-agent workflows
- Build and maintain the evaluation pipelines and telemetry to make quality measurable
- Ensure reliability, cost control, and observability for agentic systems
- Collaborate with delivery teams to trust the output of non-deterministic systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 6 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong production software engineering skills: Python, testing, packaging, CI/CD, async, REST, Docker
- Real depth in LLM application engineering: prompt design, function calling, structured outputs, RAG, vector stores, with the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs
- Evaluation-driven development as a core habit
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems end to end
- Familiarity with the orchestration landscape (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI)
- Working fluency with at least one cloud data platform and SQL
