About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure millions of end users experience a platform that speaks their language accurately, compliantly, and consistently
- Own the full localization lifecycle, from content governance and release coordination to app store management and stakeholder alignment across multiple regions and time zones
- Embed within a cross-functional team spanning Product, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, and regional stakeholders
- Manage UI text, legal disclosures, Terms of Business, in-platform communications, and app store storefronts across multiple languages and release environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven background in localisation, content operations, product operations, release management, or technology delivery
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams under deadline pressure
- Experience coordinating reviews and approvals across distributed, cross-functional stakeholder groups in remote/multi-timezone settings
- Exceptional attention to detail when managing large volumes of structured content
- Ability to apply and maintain approved business, legal, compliance, and regulatory terminology consistently across client-facing content
- Hands-on proficiency with Jira and Confluence for task and documentation management
- Fluent written and spoken English
