Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of experience in communications, content, or a related field
Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills in English
A strong visual eye
Experience writing video scripts and storyboards
Comfortable managing and optimizing internal communication channels
Good working knowledge of communication tools, AI tools, and digital platforms
Ability to monitor and analyze communication metrics
Strong attention to detail with a collaborative mindset
Driven, curious, and eager to push the limits of what internal communications can be
Fluent English — written and spoken, mandatory
Formal study in Communications or a related field is a strong advantage
