Lead and empower engineering teams
Drive delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions
Work closely with Product Owners, Agile teams, and business stakeholders
Align engineering execution with strategic objectives
Foster a strong engineering culture
Continuously improve software quality and operational excellence
Mentor engineers and strengthen cross-functional collaboration
Balance business priorities with long-term technical quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, QA Engineering, or another technical engineering role.
Previous experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or managing software engineering teams.
Proven experience combining people leadership with technical decision-making and delivery ownership.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including maintainability, scalability, testability, operational excellence, and software quality.
Experience working in Agile (Scrum and/or Kanban) environments.
Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Agile Leads, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
Ability to translate business priorities into realistic engineering plans and successful delivery.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices.
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives, engineering standards, and technical excellence.
Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
English (C1 or above) is mandatory, both written and spoken.
Availability for occasional travel within Europe.
