Key responsibilities & impact

Enable multiple agile software development teams working with Java, embedded within a complex BSS and legacy application landscape in the Telecom sector
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, impede identification and resolution (system access, infrastructure, release blockers, test environments, cross-team dependencies)
Drive continuous improvement and delivery risk transparency in an external consulting capacity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise software development environments
Experience working directly with Java development teams
Experience in OSS/Telecom or other complex enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on facilitation of Scrum ceremonies
Demonstrated ability to identify, track, and resolve technical and organisational impediments — including system access issues, infrastructure blockers, release/deployment problems, test environment issues, and cross-team or vendor dependencies
Excellent communication, coordination, and facilitation skills across distributed and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and DevOps environments
Ability to provide recommendations on coordinating cross-team dependencies and managing delivery risk
Fluent English — required for daily communication with the German client team
Based in Portugal, available to work fully remotely
