About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct phone and video consultations with pre-qualified prospects.
  • Manage the prospect care cycle from first contact through to the decision-making stage.
  • Accurately and promptly record all consultation information in the CRM.
  • Coordinate the handover of clients to the legal team once the engagement is formalized.
  • Follow up with clients to verify their level of satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Law, or related fields.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in consultative sales, client management, or the commercialization of professional services.
  • Full bilingual proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience closing high-value service engagements.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Availability to perform the role on a 100% remote basis.
