About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct phone and video consultations with pre-qualified prospects.
Manage the prospect care cycle from first contact through to the decision-making stage.
Accurately and promptly record all consultation information in the CRM.
Coordinate the handover of clients to the legal team once the engagement is formalized.
Follow up with clients to verify their level of satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Law, or related fields.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in consultative sales, client management, or the commercialization of professional services.
Full bilingual proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Proven experience closing high-value service engagements.
Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Availability to perform the role on a 100% remote basis.
