About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, offering strategic HR guidance and daily tactical direction
- Drive, develop, and implement HR strategies in collaboration with People team COEs and business leaders
- Provide thought leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation
- Partner with leaders to assess organizational effectiveness and implement interventions for continuous improvement
- Advise executive leadership on strategic performance management; lead annual compensation and calibration cycles
- Collaborate with Learning and Development to design and deliver programs that foster employee growth and leadership development
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects company values and promotes employee engagement and retention
- Serve as a trusted advisor on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations; conduct investigations as needed
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a high-speed, high-growth environment (minimum)
- At least 5+ years in a strategic HR Partner role
- Experience partnering with Tech, Product, or G&A teams in a remote, distributed environment
- Experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect HR initiatives to organizational goals
- Self-starter, results-oriented, curious, and innovative problem-solver
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; trusted partner and advisor to leadership
- Data-driven mindset with ability to produce reports and visualizations for executive leadership
- Navigate HR compliance topics, including FMLA, Accommodations, and Wage & Hour
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) highly desirable
