Salary
💰 $130,000 - $135,000 per year
About the role
- Manage a portfolio of complex, often technical initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business, ensuring we meet our outcomes. These are often revenue-driven initiatives.
- Serve as the SME for project management best practices and contribute to the growth of the team/task force.
- Lead project teams by defining clear project plans, driving project-specific meetings, setting realistic expectations, tactically guiding teams in and outside of your department to deliver project goals, and adhering to project scope and timeline.
- Own the entire project life cycle: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
- Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind leadership decisions.
- Apply analytical and critical thinking to proactively solve for the unknown, mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks), and drive execution with speed without compromising quality.
- Contribute to impactful projects and achieve measurable outcomes rather than just task completion.
- Create and maintain project documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure documentation is up-to-date while enforcing procedures.
- Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects; provide the path forward to address areas of concern and collaborate towards a solution.
- Create executive status reports around your projects and lead cross-functional meetings.
- Be a part of a team committed to exceptional attention to detail and the production of high-quality deliverables (even first drafts), where everyone is responsible for upholding these standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify gaps between teams, processes, and systems, with a strong bias for action.
- Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Contribute to process improvements and help teams mitigate classic failure modes (e.g., poorly understood requirements, ineffective collaboration, overlooked security, insufficient stakeholder review).
- Other duties as assigned by the business.

- Proven track record of utilizing Agile Methodology successfully, as well as working with large sets of data and using metrics to measure outcomes and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, partnering with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to complete project milestones, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Ability to dive deep and fully understand the project, in order to make informed decisions.
- Strong ability in leading virtual planning and project meetings with colleagues of varying leadership levels to build consensus and influence to drive projects forward.

- Interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills with adaptability to meet changing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to streamline and explain complex issues to gain understanding and alignment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, consistently ensuring high-quality, polished deliverables and identifying discrepancies with a keen eye in process and data.

- Self-starter, problem-solver and strong bias for action.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational scalability.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, identify next steps, and take initiative to drive projects forward without constant direction.
- Strong ability to navigate challenges, unexpected issues, and varying departmental priorities with a resilient and adaptable approach.
