About the role
- Create a product strategy that balances achieving healthy integrations, building new integrations, and automating work for our operations teams
- Thoughtfully navigate tradeoffs with key stakeholders in Partnerships, Customer Success, and Engineering
- Directly manage a product operations team, ensuring that they deliver high quality service to our customers and payroll partners
- Write clear requirements documents, and unblock engineering teams to deliver high quality work on time
- Define and own goals that measure success, rigorously deep dive errors, and continuously refine your strategy and roadmap
- Own the product strategy for integrations, lead the roadmap for a dedicated engineering team, and directly manage a product operations team who is dedicated to integration health
- Report directly to our Senior Director of Technology
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience owning a roadmap for a dedicated engineering team for a technical product area
- Self-sufficient ability to root cause analyze issues and propose fixes to technical issues
- Experience directly managing a team of 3+ individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication
