Thoughtfully navigate tradeoffs with key stakeholders in Partnerships, Customer Success, and Engineering
Directly manage a product operations team, ensuring that they deliver high quality service to our customers and payroll partners
Write clear requirements documents, and unblock engineering teams to deliver high quality work on time
Define and own goals that measure success, rigorously deep dive errors, and continuously refine your strategy and roadmap
Own the product strategy for integrations, lead the roadmap for a dedicated engineering team, and directly manage a product operations team who is dedicated to integration health
Report directly to our Senior Director of Technology
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
7+ years of product management experience
Experience owning a roadmap for a dedicated engineering team for a technical product area
Self-sufficient ability to root cause analyze issues and propose fixes to technical issues
Experience directly managing a team of 3+ individuals
