Key responsibilities & impact

Lead manual and automation testing efforts across multiple projects
Define test strategies, estimations, schedules, and resource planning
Perform risk-based testing and support release sign-off activities
Participate in test design reviews, defect triage, and stakeholder communication
Mentor team members on testing best practices and automation standards
Manage test case management, test execution tracking, and defect lifecycle management

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in API testing
Strong experience in Java
Proficiency in JavaScript
Experience with WebDriverIO
Familiarity with qTest or similar test tracking platform
Testing in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and continuous testing practices
Design and maintenance of automation frameworks
Hands-on experience with Postman, Katalon Studio, and Gherkin-based BDD frameworks
Ability to write SQL queries for backend validation
CI/CD integration experience using Jenkins
Version control with Git
