Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts , including deep learning and machine learning principles
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) including building, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying models (open-source or commercial)
Strong Python programming skills
Experience with GenAI frameworks and tools such as Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI API
Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems or similar LLM-based applications
Experience designing or working with agent-based or agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents, or similar tools
Ability to develop prototypes, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and MVPs in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with multi-modal data and intelligent AI-driven systems
Strong understanding of LLM application development and workflow orchestration
Must be self-motivated, collaborative, and innovation-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
