  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business analysts, to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Document processes: Create and maintain detailed documentation of migration procedures, configurations, and post-migration validation results.
  • Automate tasks: Use scripting and automation tools to streamline the migration process and improve efficiency.
  • Provide post-migration support: Offer technical support and guidance to users and teams after the migration is complete.
