About the role
- Execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent internally and externally
- Collaborate with HR leadership to refine talent acquisition practices
- Maintain knowledge of Canadian hiring regulations and regional nuances
- Manage and participate in the full cycle recruitment process
- Proactively source top-tier software talent through various channels
- Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across various industries and levels in high volume roles
- Strong computer system aptitude and experience working with various types of software including Microsoft Office
- Previous experience working with an HRIS system is considered an asset
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to personal transportation.
