About the role
- As a full‑stack engineer with a front‑end focus, you will be responsible for building interactive, responsive interfaces aimed at content consumption or resource management.
- Your work will include everything from conception and implementation to reviewing code written by other team members, always prioritizing elegant, efficient, and maintainable code over time.
- We also expect you to actively contribute ideas and suggestions related to processes, UI, and UX, helping the team evolve.

Requirements
- Ability to translate UI designs into high‑quality, readable, and maintainable code.
- Open to mid‑level (Pleno) or senior developers.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- Ability to work across the entire front‑end stack, including full changes to the design system and ensuring end‑to‑end integration.
- Critical and pragmatic perspective on UI/UX, actively contributing suggestions and improvements alongside the team and designers during development.
- Experience with design systems.
- Experience with React, Tailwind, Shadcn, or similar technologies.
- Experience building content consumption platforms.
- Experience creating mobile‑focused interfaces.
- Experience optimizing performance in applications.
- Experience with front‑end caching strategies (e.g., LRU cache) and offline support (e.g., Service Workers, IndexedDB, PWA).
