About the role

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a software engineer with a backend focus.
  • Advanced knowledge of distributed systems architecture.
  • Clear, concise communication and strong writing skills.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and an ownership mindset.
  • Interest in working in a collaborative environment with real technical challenges and high impact.
  • Strong experience with Go and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience in large-scale projects, with a central or technical leadership role.
  • Knowledge of database topics is desirable.
