About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join Germany’s market leader for digital TV listings, “TV Spielfilm plus”.
- Support our users of TV Spielfilm, TV Today and CINEMA via email and in app stores with all questions related to our digital offerings.
- Get to know our digital products in depth and act as a point of contact for technical inquiries.
- Exchange feedback and user requests with colleagues from editorial and product development.
- You will be entrusted with a high degree of responsibility and room to shape processes.
- Be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for the continued growth of our digital offerings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a matriculated student in media, journalism or a related degree program.
- As we aim for a longer-term collaboration, you should be enrolled for at least two more semesters.
- You are available to support the team as a working student for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- A respectful, friendly and professional attitude toward colleagues and users is a matter of course for you.
- You have a passion for TV, cinema and streaming.
- You are independent, take personal responsibility, and are flexible, reliable and ready to perform.
- You have a good command of MS Office and strong spelling/writing skills.
