Key responsibilities & impact

Join Germany’s market leader for digital TV listings, “TV Spielfilm plus”.
Support our users of TV Spielfilm, TV Today and CINEMA via email and in app stores with all questions related to our digital offerings.
Get to know our digital products in depth and act as a point of contact for technical inquiries.
Exchange feedback and user requests with colleagues from editorial and product development.
You will be entrusted with a high degree of responsibility and room to shape processes.
Be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for the continued growth of our digital offerings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are a matriculated student in media, journalism or a related degree program.
As we aim for a longer-term collaboration, you should be enrolled for at least two more semesters.
You are available to support the team as a working student for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 20 hours per week.
A respectful, friendly and professional attitude toward colleagues and users is a matter of course for you.
You have a passion for TV, cinema and streaming.
You are independent, take personal responsibility, and are flexible, reliable and ready to perform.
You have a good command of MS Office and strong spelling/writing skills.
