Key responsibilities & impact

You support Corporate Management and Finance with operational tasks
You also contribute to project management in the context of a site relocation
You further assist with refurbishment and relocation planning, inventory management, and documentation
In addition, you accompany internal communications and change projects related to the relocation and provide operational support

What you’ll need

You are currently enrolled in a degree program
You have an analytical mindset and a process- and results-oriented approach
You are organized, work in a structured way, and are reliable
You enjoy communicating with different stakeholders and ideally have some prior experience doing so
You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
You are able to be on-site at our Munich location for at least 50% of your working time
