About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support Corporate Management and Finance with operational tasks
- You also contribute to project management in the context of a site relocation
- You further assist with refurbishment and relocation planning, inventory management, and documentation
- In addition, you accompany internal communications and change projects related to the relocation and provide operational support
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently enrolled in a degree program
- You have an analytical mindset and a process- and results-oriented approach
- You are organized, work in a structured way, and are reliable
- You enjoy communicating with different stakeholders and ideally have some prior experience doing so
- You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- You are able to be on-site at our Munich location for at least 50% of your working time
