About the role

  • You support Corporate Management and Finance with operational tasks
  • You also contribute to project management in the context of a site relocation
  • You further assist with refurbishment and relocation planning, inventory management, and documentation
  • In addition, you accompany internal communications and change projects related to the relocation and provide operational support

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program
  • You have an analytical mindset and a process- and results-oriented approach
  • You are organized, work in a structured way, and are reliable
  • You enjoy communicating with different stakeholders and ideally have some prior experience doing so
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are able to be on-site at our Munich location for at least 50% of your working time
