About the role
- Take ownership of the performance, growth and success of your assigned vertical, ensuring it meets or exceeds established KPIs and resonates with target audiences
- Curate high-quality, relevant content to drive traffic, engagement and brand loyalty
- With AI support, manage and distribute content
- Use analytics and performance data to continuously optimize content strategies and distribution
- Collaborate closely with SEO, editorial, design and marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for maximum reach, engagement and revenue
- Define and implement strategies for effective content distribution, working with SEO and social media specialists to expand the vertical's audience
- Regularly track the vertical's performance and provide stakeholders with insights and updates on progress, challenges and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in content management, editorial planning or digital publishing, with a strong understanding of audience trends and content strategy
- At least two years' experience in an online newsroom
- Fast, accurate and confident writing style
- Analytical and data-savvy work approach
- Proficient with data analytics tools to monitor content performance, identify trends and make informed strategy adjustments
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and content distribution channels, with experience maximizing content reach and engagement
- Ability to develop and refine a brand identity for a vertical, with experience in product lifecycle management for content-based products
