About the role
- Support the Media Sales teams in daily operations for the marketing of the print and digital portfolio
- Actively contribute to all areas of office management
- Independently handle team requests and provide cross-location support for inquiries from national media and PR agencies as part of a two-person team
- Assist in advising and communicating with agency partners
- Carry out internal and external research assignments (industry and client research)
- Provide suitable proposals and topics for agencies based on our database
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Media and Communication Studies, Information and Knowledge Management, Business Administration, Art and Multimedia, or a comparable field
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and independent way of working
- Basic knowledge of media, publishing, or media planning (online/offline) is an advantage
- Familiarity with digital media and associated metrics
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Team-oriented personality and quick learner
- Strong communication skills and a confident approach to handling telephone and written inquiries
- Interest in the media and PR agency sector
