About the role
- Together with experienced communications experts, you will support us in developing and implementing communications concepts, projects, and internal and external events
- You will be part of our editorial team for Hubert Burda Media’s communication channels, researching, writing, editing, and publishing your own pieces for the intranet, company website, social media and newsletters
- We encourage your creativity and professional development — you will take responsibility for independent projects and content formats
- Additionally, you will support us in managing our channels and monitor and analyze our communications activities using appropriate tools
Requirements
- Advanced university studies in journalism, social sciences, communications or media studies
- Initial practical experience through previous internships in corporate communications, journalism or PR
- Existing journalistic work samples, strong writing skills and a passion for crafting text and developing creative format ideas
- Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and ideally first experience with image and video editing
- Very strong German skills, both spoken and written, and good English skills
- Confident use of MS Office
- High flexibility, excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities, also in challenging situations
- Team spirit and a high level of commitment complete the profile
