About the role
- Support the Head of Marketing in executing integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, and experiential channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and revenue goals
- Assist the Head of Marketing and work closely with the sales team to prepare local marketing proposals, presentations, and supporting materials for new initiatives and sponsorship opportunities.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and the Content Studio team to identify creative opportunities for new marketing concepts, branding development, and events
- Provide essential support in the planning, coordination, and execution of BurdaLuxury Thailand's signature event projects, brand-led partnership events, and consumer initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with branding, pricing, and creative frameworks of all concepts
- Assist in managing event production logistics, including coordinating with vendors and supporting the management of event production budgets.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and gather data for campaign reporting to the Head of Marketing, focusing on outcome delivery.
- Support the development and maintenance of a strong database of consumers and target segments to strengthen guest lists for all signature events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of marketing and events experience
- Strong communication skills, knowing how to understand and translate complex ideas to various teams
- Strong creativity and ability to think commercially
- Experience in managing external stakeholders, e.g., vendors, suppliers, etc.
- Ability to lead collaboratively within a matrix environment
- Passion for making work that stands out and makes a difference for our audience
- Graphic design ability and strong aesthetic sensibilities are a plus
- Fluency in both Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
