About the role

  • You are a competent point of contact for all HR management matters, supporting both leaders and employees
  • You derive the relevant HR agenda from the business strategy of your area of responsibility and contribute directly to achieving business goals by implementing it
  • You advise and coach managers on all strategic and organizational HR topics
  • You support transformation processes, change management, and organizational development
  • You are responsible for defining and managing HR measures and overseeing their implementation in close collaboration with the service centers
  • You also work in close coordination with HR Centers of Expertise (e.g., Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits)
  • You support HR projects together with HR experts and other HR Business Partners, develop solution concepts and implement them

Requirements

  • University degree with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role with a strategic focus, ideally in a media or sales/distribution company
  • Strong understanding of organizational structures, change management, and modern HR concepts
  • Ability to think strategically while delivering pragmatic implementation
  • Communication and advisory skills to engage on equal terms with executive management and leaders
  • High degree of initiative, negotiation skills, and empathy
  • Confident handling of HR metrics and digital HR tools, with a strong affinity for technology
