About the role
- Comprehensive insight into a wide range of predominantly digital business models across our national and international business units — offering the opportunity to build a strong network and deepen practical technical-methodological expertise
- Preparation and independent execution of internal audits of business processes, particularly with regard to risk management and internal control systems
- Preparation of meaningful audit reports and active support in implementing agreed-upon measures
- Participation in advisory services on topics related to Governance, Risk, and Compliance
- Participation in cross-departmental projects with a focus on digitalization and process optimization
- Further development of continuous auditing processes, including the use of modern data analytics methods
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering — ideally with a focus on auditing, controlling, or risk management
- Several years of professional experience in internal audit, external auditing, risk management, or controlling
- Confident use of data analytics methods and tools (including AI applications)
- Experience working with data from ERP systems such as SAP or MS 365 Business Central
- Relevant certifications such as CIA or CISA, or a strong motivation to obtain them
- Solid knowledge of internal control systems in processes such as Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Hire-to-Retire, or Record-to-Report
- Independent, structured, and analytical working style with a high degree of initiative
- Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management
- Excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills
