About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Functions as the analytical subject matter in strategy meetings with Account Executive and Producer
Supports renewal analysis, benchmarking, and contribution modeling
Addresses carrier questions during Market Analysis process
Conducts the Market Analysis process
Organizes and tracks carrier and vendor bids
Reviews insurance bids for compliance with specifications
Supports plan change tracking, rate negotiations, renewal analysis, benchmarking
Creates and updates templates, timelines, exhibits, and presentation-ready reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School / GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
2-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education & experience
Must hold a valid CA Life Agent license
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate orally and in writing with internal and external customers.
Computer Skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced skills in Excel; Project Management software and Database software preferred.
