About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own execution of ancillary RFPs for small to large group clients, covering new business and renewals
  • Analyze ancillary benefits and highlight plan design modifications, enhancements, and deviations beyond price comparisons
  • Follow defined best practices and Service Level Agreements to deliver timely, quality results to broker partners
  • Maintain marketing opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management system
  • Build relationships with internal colleagues and external broker and carrier partners
  • Gather carrier underwriting guidelines, plan administration insights, and compliance details for internal processes and broker education
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives under strategic direction from leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing analyst or carrier underwriting role
  • Active life, accident, and health license
  • Understanding of ancillary products including dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with organizational change
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration ability
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal oversight or direction
  • Adaptable and able to balance competing priorities
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Required experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience
  • No travel required
