About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and maintain Azure DevOps ALM pipelines for managed solution deployment
- Manage Power Platform connection references and service connections across environments
- Coordinate and execute solution releases across Dynamics 365 CRM environments
- Enforce branching standards and release governance practices across the D365 development workflow
- Run solutions through quality validation tooling prior to deployment
- Administer Power Platform environments, maintaining solution layer health and overall environment integrity
- Provide technical support for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM platform issues
- Own the proactive monitoring of CRM platform health
- Support platform audit and compliance requirements
- Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years supporting and administering Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform across multiple environments in an enterprise setting
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Platform environment administration
- Demonstrated hands-on ownership of Azure DevOps ALM pipelines for managed solution deployment
- Proven experience coordinating and executing solution releases across multiple Dynamics 365 environments
- Experience running solution quality validation and automated code analysis
- Working knowledge of Dataverse security model, environment administration, audit logging, and API service protection limits
- Experience proactively monitoring CRM platform health
- Experience participating in or supporting structured incident response processes
- PowerShell or equivalent scripting for CRM administration, automation, and diagnostic tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work cross-functionally
