About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages a book of insurance business and provides professional, courteous service to clients
- Works closely with Producers and other HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal
- Oversees preparation and implementation of transactions for assigned accounts
- Coordinates value-added services for clients
- Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve issues
- Identifies opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of other HUB products and services
- Maintains accurate and organized account files
- Prepares reports, proposals and comparisons for management as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma / GED
- 5+ years account management experience (brokerage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Property & Casuality License
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
- Computer skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
