About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manages a book of insurance business and provides professional, courteous service to clients
  • Works closely with Producers and other HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal
  • Oversees preparation and implementation of transactions for assigned accounts
  • Coordinates value-added services for clients
  • Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve issues
  • Identifies opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of other HUB products and services
  • Maintains accurate and organized account files
  • Prepares reports, proposals and comparisons for management as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 5+ years account management experience (brokerage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Property & Casuality License
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
  • Computer skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
