Key responsibilities & impact

Provides high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing commercial lines accounts
Assists with certificates of insurance, policy changes, gathering renewal information preparing client presentations, general account assistance and other special projects
Responds to policy inquiries via phone and email
Prepares quotes and proposals
Participates in the renewal preparation process

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School / GED
1-2 years insurance industry experience or equivalent combination of education & experience
Property & Casuality License required within first 6 months
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
