About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and people development across a portfolio of branch locations
  • Drive business performance and ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience
  • Build strong, engaged teams and support team members in reaching their highest performance potential
  • Execute an annual regional business plan with a focus on new business growth and client retention
  • Monitor P&L statements and take corrective action as needed to ensure performance targets are met
  • Actively engage in the local business and industry community to build a network
  • Champion a culture of client excellence and continued learning across the region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of insurance brokerage experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing or leading a department or branch
  • Level 2 General Insurance License required
  • Industry designations (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM) considered an asset
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively across multiple locations
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
