About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Senior Commercial Account Manager, you will interact with commercial clients
  • maintain professional business relationships with new & existing clients and insurers while managing an entire book of business
  • The Commercial Account Manager reviews and prepares the commercial client files
  • leads marketing efforts while evaluating and pricing the insured’s risk

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active level 2 General Insurance License is required
  • 5+ years commercial lines experience at a brokerage
  • A strong track record of managing and retaining a commercial book of business
  • Strong marketing instincts -you know how to position a risk and get the best out of insurer relationships
  • Clear, confident communication with both clients and colleagues
  • The ability to stay organized and client-focused in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfort working in Windows-based systems
  • Experience with EPIC highly preferred
